Hand drawn Pyrography

I have been building on this self-taught craft for a number of years now. It can be an unforgiving art with every touch of the hot wire pen leaving a mark on the wood. But the combination of beautiful, UK sourced, wood and hand drawn illustrations is a gorgeous art form for special gifting occasions. 

The process….

  • I source all the boards from sellers in the UK.
  • I then sketch the design and any calligraphy to get my composition.
  • The pen is fired up (I mask up!) and I burn the illustration into the board.
  • All of these products are finished in the appropriate oil / lacquer, depending on its desired use. 
  • Please note that the lead times can be between 1 - 3 weeks, depending on complexity and workload.
